It is an incredible honour to be a member of this year's Nationals judging team.  This is an extraordinary opportunity for me when you consider that just over seven years I had no interest in dogs let alone agility!  Yes, as blasphemous as that may sound, it is true.  If it had not been for the clever scheming of my wife, Mary, and her friend, Kim, I would not have become a born again dog guy!  The dog that changed my life is my inseparable canine chum, Ranger (a somewhat challenging border collie (now there's an understatement!)).  It has been an amazing, frustrating, rewarding, frustrating, enjoyable, frustrating and way too fast of a journey.  During my adventure with Ranger, I managed to actually win three BC/Yukon Regionals and placed second and third in a couple of Nationals with Duffy, our retired Westie.  Anyway, here we are and I am extremely proud to be a part of your community.  I look forward to reconnecting with friends, as well as making new ones, at this year's Nationals.  See you there.
