Menu for Nationals:
The Saturday evening Nationals banquet will be a plated four-course meal. The cost for competitors is $27 and for volunteers, $25.
The menu includes:
First course - Mixed Greens with Toasted Pecans, Danish BlueCheese, and Orange Vinaigrette in a Cucumber Round
Second Course - Gazpacho with Fresh Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Onions, Celery, Cucumbers, and Garlic
Main Course Option 1 - Roasted Chicken Supreme Stuffed and served with a Dill Sauce Fricasse Sauce,
accompanied by: Fresh Cut Green Beans Wrapped with Bacon Basted with Garlic Butter and Sweet
Bourbon Mashed Potatoes
OR
Main Course Option 2 - Roasted Acorn Squash Cup with Ricotta Ravioli, accompanied by:
Fresh Buttered Spring Beans and Sweet Bourbon Mashed Potatoes
European Breads and Rolls
Dessert - Chocolate Dream Dessert with Fresh Berries
Gourmet Coffee and Tea Service
A cash bar will be available.
