New Twin Cities Chapter President Elected

At the July 14, 2009 Twin Cities Chapter meeting Professor Arkady Shemyakin was elected Chapter President.  Dr. Shemyakin is Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of St. Thomas.
