Prices Information for Apartments and Houses

Initial cleaning is always charge by the hour. We charge $30 per hour for one person crew if we send a two person crew the cost would be $60 per hour. When there is a two person crew it will take less time to clean your home. We may not always be able to send a two person crew as we add new customers.  Many factors will determine how long it will take to clean your home the first time. Some homes are well maintained and some are not. When you have a family to take care of and a full time job you do not have the time to maintained your home as you would like. After the initial cleaning you would be charge base on the size of your home,number of people and pets who live in your home and the frequency of your cleaning schedule.

                                             Maintenance  Cleaning

This is after your initial cleaning . Maintenance cleaning will take less time. Because your home has been thoroughly cleaned and will only need maintenance cleaning. The cost will be based on the size of your house,how many people and pets are living in your home.  Small homes will take less time then a larger home would. A cluttered home will take longer then a organized home. Every home is different. Your house cleaning is base on the information you give us. Before we give you an estimate for you on a regular basis. Prices are adjusted if we take longer or less time then originally estimated to do the job.

Our weekly customers receive a free oven cleaning once ever  month.

Our Bi-weekly customers receive a free oven cleaning once ever three months.

We offer window cleaning. This is the cleaning of your window outside and inside. ( Free Estimates )

We will also remove your storm windows in the Spring clean them. And put up your screen windows. In the fall we will take down your screens clean them and put up your storm widows. ( Free Estimates )
