Bluff Creek Ranch hosts several events each year. To pay for our expenses, we charge a land use fee per person who attends the event. Often race entrants pay their land use fee as part of their entry fee and the promoter holding the event pays us our portion of the entry fee at the conclusion of the event. For events the promoter doesn't include the land use fee as part of the entry fee and for spectators for all events, the land use fee is collected upon arrival at the ranch. At this time the fee is $5/person 13 yrs. and older, $3/child 6-12yrs old, and children under the age of 6 yrs are free.
