HEALTH GUARANTEE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Your puppy comes with a health guarante, vet check, current vaccinations, and de-worming schedule.  It is very important to your new baby's health that you provide all necessary preventative vaccinations, provide a healthy diet, regular veterinary care and adequate living conditions

All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infections, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased.  We guarantee the puppy to be free of any LIFE-THREATENING congenital defects for 1 year from date of birth.

A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 72 hours of delivery.  If there is a problem, our veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs then a replacement puppy will be given.

There will be NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUND.  We offer REPLACEMENT puppies only.  If you fail to have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery, we the seller assume no further responsibility

We must be notified at once at the onset of the problem, in writing, with a report from the veterinarian.  If the puppy is proved to have a LIVE-THREATENING congenital defect within 1 year and is returned to us, all shipping charges, all vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by us.

If you have already bonded with and decided to keep this puppy, you would receive one-half (½) the agreed upon purchase price.

There are certain disorders that may be environmental factors, for example:  Allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, pneumonia and common ailment such as kennel cough, giardia, coccidiosis, ticks, fleas, earmites (all of which can be contracted during transportation), including those typical to the breed, such as entropian, stenotic nares (partially closed nostrils), elongated soft palate, cherry eyes, and conjuntivitis are not covered by this guarantee.

Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury or accidental death, abuse, neglect, heat stroke are not covered under this guarantee.

In the event of death, an autopsy must be performed by a licensed veterinarian to determine the exact cause of the death, these will be done by the purchaser's expenses.  The report from the autopsy must be sent to my attending veterinarian for review.  If the result of death was by congenital defect, a replacement will be given as soon as we have a puppy of the same value available.

This contract is NULL AND VOID if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.

Our puppies are sold as PET QUALITY puppies.  We do not guarantee your puppy to be able to sire or whelp puppies or show.  There is no guarantee on any puppy for size, weight, color. This guarantee is not transferable to a 3rd party.

Please do not take your puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure immunity against disease. This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.

Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Arkansas, in the County of Franklin.  It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Franklin county, Arkansas
