DEPOSIT  AND SHIPPING  INFORMATION

DEPOSIT ($500)

Because of many inquiries on certain puppies, WE WILL NOT HOLD any puppies without a deposit. All puppies will remain available to others until your deposit or payment is received.  All deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE unless something unforeseen should happen to the puppy while he/she is in our care.  If that should happen, you are then given the option to:

    -   Select another puppy

    -    Reserve another puppy from the next available litter

    -    Have your deposit returned to you

The deposit will hold your puppy until 8 to 10 weeks old. If for some reason that you cannot either meet us to collect your puppy by the time due, then you have lost your deposit, and the puppy will be sold to someone else.

After deposit is received, you will receive your contract for sale of your puppy, this contract has your information as the purchaser, and our information as the seller, it has your chosen pup's info: his/her AKC litter number, DOB, color, micro chipped number.  It has also your pup's parents' information (the dam AKC number, the sire's AKC number).  It has the deposit or the full amount paid for your pup on that day, and the date agreed of your pup shipped to you.

Your selected puppy will be taken off all the ad sites.  You will be kept with updated pictures of your puppy weekly until puppy flies to you.

SHIPPING

We will drive about 200 miles to deliver your puppy or can be picked up locally. We do ship at buyer's expenses.   Shipping is $250.00 extra to most destinations.  This shipping cost will cover for a new travel crate for your puppy to fly in, a health vet check, 2 shots, micro chipped, and the cost of the fly.  Your puppy will be flown out from Tulsa/OK airport.  We do get reserved bookings thru American, Continental, Delta and NorthWest Airlines.  Our primary airline is American.  They allow us online reservations 4 days prior to flight date.  We can send you a schedule for your puppy in advance.

Your puppy will travel in a medium travel crate.  The crate will have shredded paper and food/water bowls.  We feed puppy less for flight, it is better for them to travel empty than full.  Water is supplied at all times.

Your puppy will also have:  Approx.  2 lbs of dried Royal canin for Puppies, vet exam certs, full medical record, health guarantee, AKC papers  and your PAID IN FULL purchase agreement.

SHIPPING IN SUMMER

We either fly your puppy to you when the weather permitting or deliver your puppy by car or ship by ground due to hot weather. Should you choose not to buy insurance  ($10.00) (flying) we will not be held responsible.  Please allow us more time in the summer before we can fly, shipping by ground is also available if the weather is too hot to fly (insulated/air conditioned van USDA licensed).
