Aug. 14, 2010 at 4:00 outside at my sisters house , Jerry and I tied the knot ! We had been together for 10 years.

Our 5 grandchildren aged 8 months to 10 years were a part of the ceremony which is always a crowd pleaser. The 2 girls aged 2 1/2 led the way . they were supposed to hold hand carrying their baskets , but when they seen the people one stopped and the other one kept going.   We had originally told them it was a Princess parade for them to show everyone their beautiful dresses.  At the last minute Cole aged 4 did not want to walk along the garden to the front where Grandpa was standing.  So I asked him to carry my chapstick to the front and hold it in his pocket for me in case I needed it.  That worked, he proceeded to the front with his hand in his pocket hanging onto the chapstick. My 10 yr old grandson carried my 8 mos old grand daughter , he caught up to his 2.5 year old sister and proceeded to urged her along to the front.  It was very cute. Cole proceeded to apply chapstick to himself and the little girls during the ceremony ! very cute !

Levi our schipperke was our ring bearer . He was up front already with a bowtie on that had the rings attached. When it was time for the rings , I called him and he came and sat in front while I removed the rings. Then he recalled back to where my oldest daughter was sitting .   That was cute !

We said our vows , the pastor pronounced us husband and wife and Jerry could kiss the bride. We went to sign the papers and Jerry said to everyone "just wait a minute" ! I have a gift for my wife" He went to the side where he had stashed a large gift bag . He opened it up and pulled out a very large ball and chain (plastic), then attached it to my ankle . Very funny!!!!!

We had a great day !
