A Cloud or What ?!

(this object sort of reminds me of the black vibrating object I tried to video tape on July 10 2006)

On August 19 2007, I wanted to use up the remainder of the DV Tape (which also includes the August 17 2007 sighting) and decided to video tape the pretty clouds breaking up to show the brilliant blue sky. I also wanted to practice more with the New JVC Camcorder and thought this day would be a good day to do it. There was about 8 minutes remaining on the tape so I video taped about 7 minutes. After I brought over the video to my PC from the camcorder, I marked the tape and safely put it away so that I would not accidently record over it.
I later reviewed the 7 minute video and there is a 27 second bit on the video that caught my eye. At the time of taping this area, I DID NOT SEE THIS STRANGE DARK OBJECT THAT REFLECTS THE SUN. I was focusing on the far distant fluffy white cloud near by this object. - and thought the cloud would be excellent practice for me to tape.
I have reviewed the video over and over, and I am not sure if this is something or not. I don't know how to enhance the object (some people are really good at bringing out things in pictures) I only really use Irfanview and Paintbrush - very simple programs to work with images.
