Beginning soon -- Cornerstone Bible Institute!!! 

Cornerstone Bible Institute will start August 17th.  This curriculum will be taught by DVDs from Faith Bible Institute in Louisiana.  Additional courses taught by Pastor Mike Bell (TBA) will include Biblical Archaeology, Greek and Church History.  Classes are scheduled to begin August 17th.  See http://www.faithbibleinstitute.com/  for more information.  Contact Pastor Bell at semperfidad7@yahoo.com for more information regarding enrollment.

January

Pastor Glen Stocker and his wife Betty of Bible Believer's Baptist Church, Amarillo, TX. were with us Jan. 6-11.  Pastor Glen preached for us at church Sun-Tues night....it was very good.  We had a good time with them.

Fellowship at Pastor's House

Every third Sunday of the month, Pastor Mike and Beth will host a pot-luck lunch and Bible study and fellowship time at their home, Sunday afternoon after the morning worship service.

Ladies Sunday School Class

Starting January 14th, Beth will be teaching a ladies' SS class--a series on the women in the Bible, consisting of 31 lessons.

November

Thanksgiving service  was well attended.  Food and fellowship over a traditional turkey dinner followed.

2005

October

The men in our church got busy and replaced the old windows in the old section of the building.  What a difference that has made!  They are not completely finished, but hope to resume the project after the holidays.  They will also be sheetrocking the inside and later, will be renovating our bathrooms.

Dr. Sam Gipp and Kathy were with us.  We enjoyed Bro. Sam's preaching very much, and were very happy to have visitors in attendance!  Bro. Sam and Kathy are always a blessing.

November  

Last month we had our annual Thanksgiving dinner after the morning service on the Sunday before Thanksgiving day for all our church family and guests.  We had the most moist turkey, dressing, and all the trimmings!

December 

We had a special Christmas message, Sunday, December 25th at 10:00am.  What better day to honor our Lord Jesus Christ!  We hope you all had a wonderful, blessed Christmas!
