Our Pastor, Michael Bell, is a 1976 graduate of Bob Jones University.  He has pastored churches in Texas and Montana as well as in Oregon.  Pastor Bell has been the pastor here at Cornerstone Baptist Church since April 1992.  He and his wife, Beth, have three grown children and five grandsons.

Pastor Bell is an excellent Bible teacher and preacher, emphasizing the exponential style of preaching.  Having minored in Greek, and being educated from the Alexandrian viewpoint, he became more convinced that the King James Authorized Version is truly God's preserved Word. 

He is also an avid history buff, and brings a much-needed historical perspective to the preaching and teaching of the Bible.  The emphasis of Pastor Bell's ministry is to equip God's people with an important part of the Christian armor---the Word of God!  Our people often say that they not only use God's Word, they believe it from cover to cover!  The goal of our church is for Christians to know God's Word and apply it in their daily lives.....for God's Word to become a vital part of all areas of their lives.
