Applying to a Team

	First of all, find a team from the list on the left of the screen. Once you have found one you like, or to see more information on the team click on it, as it says.
	Once you click on the screen, this window will open up. This shows the teams name, the team owner, and the description of the team. This will show what the team is about, and any requirements needed in order to join the team. If you meet all these requirements and still want to join the team...fill in the "Explain how you would meet the teams criteria and/or how you would be a benefit to this team" box. Once you've done this, click on "Submit Application".
	Once you have submitted the application, it will take you back to your teams home. On the bottom right of the page you will see your teams applications, this will include the team you applied to. Now all you have to do is wait for the team to accept/decline your request. So good luck :)

Creating your Own Team:

Once in the "teams" section on your game by click "Teams" at the bottom of the screen in the navigation.

	Once you do the above step of clicking onto the teams page, this button "Create a Team" will be at the top right. This allows you to become the 'president' of your own team, and customize the name, requirements, and who you let into your team.
	Clicking on the "Create a Team" Button will open up this window. It gives you the option to choose a team name, which can be whatever you want, so long no one else does. For this example, I chose "EV's Best" - original I know. The team description allows you to show everyone, if they are going to apply to your team what you expect, or what your team is about etc. So once they click onto your team your description will open up. You can add things such as; different racing teams, ie..."h2h team only - don't apply if you're a bracket racer". Maybe a specific car only, ie... "Project Z's only - don't apply if you have any other car. And so on... To continue to the next step click on the "Save" button. If you don't want to be running a team anymore click "Cancel".
	Clicking on Save will take you back to your "Teams" page, however at the top right instead of having the "Create a team" button, you'll have your "My Team" control panel. This shows all the information about your team, including any options you need to do. (See "Managing a Team" below to find out what the buttons dp, how to use them, and more options for the teams".

Managing a Team

You can only manage a team if you own the team (You are the President). Some tasks which you may do is deposit funds into your team so you can send out races, etc, withdraw funds, and sending out team races. All are explained below.

Depositing Points

	If you're the owner of the team, this button will show at the top right of your screen on the "Teams" page.
	Clicking on the "deposit" funds button will come up with this window. As the window explains, you can use this to deposit money into your team, and just watch...this is an investment, so you can lose money, but obviously you can also make money ;). You can make money by racing other teams for points, and winning, therefore winning the wager of the team race. To deposit funds in the business, type in the amount of funds you want to transfer from your game account to your team bank account in the white textbox, where the cursor is flashing. Then click on "deposit".
	Once you've finished the above step, the window will close and take you back to your home "team" screen. However, this information will show at the bottom right under your teams bank log.

Withdrawing Funds

	At the top right of your teams screen, the "Withdraw Funds" button is right under the "deposit funds" button.
	Once you click on "Withdraw Funds", this window will open up. Withdrawing funds allows you to take out the funds you have put into the team, you can only withdraw as many funds as you put in. To do this simply type in the amount you want to withdraw in the white textbox as shown. Then click on "Withdraw". This will then take you back to the "Teams" homepage.

Sending Team Races -- (You MUST be the president of a team to send team races!!!)

	If you are the leader of the team, when you look at the teams list on the left of the screen they should say "Click to challenge", find the team you want to challenge and click on them.
	Clicking on the teams name will come up with this window. Pretty simple, just decide whether the team race you are sending is going to be a h2h race (et + rt = lowest time wins), or a bracket race ((et - dial in) + rt = lowest time wins) -- see more on this screen under the chosen race types. Once you've decided on what the team race will be, click on the chosen letter, whether it be "H" for heads up. Or "B" for bracket.
	Clicking on either of the above types of races will take you to this screen. Here is where you choose what you will be racing for in the team race, whether it would be just for fun (no points or wager involved), or for points (betting on who would win the team race, and the winner gets the pot). Click on either "FUN" or "Points" to continue
	Clicking on either of the above types of races will take you to this screen. This is where you choose which cars will race, and what user. In order to add these, click on the grey boxes with the black boxes to the far right of them. Find a car you want and click on it. This should then come up in black writing. Then add the other teams car doing the exact same. Once you are happy with the race click on "ADD". This will then appear in yellow in the grey box, as shown to the left. If you don't like the race then use the button next to it to delete it. YOU MUST HAVE ATLEAST TWO RACES! so once you do...here comes the next step
	Once you have two races set up, the "DONE" button will go from greyed out (such as in the above step), to red, as shown to the left. If you're happy click on it.
	This will bring up the challenge summary, showing everything you have just entered in. If you are happy with it, click on "Look's good...Let's race!. Now, just wait for the other team to accept...and check the challenges screen for the races!

Team List Properties

The number beside each team is calculated by the average rank/skill of the members of the team. The higher the rank of the members/president on the team, the higher your team rank will be. This number WONT change unless you recruit new members, or a member leaves your team, so what you're trying to do is recruit the best of the best so the calibre of your team is higher, therefore your team is ranked higher on the team list.
