Achieve the best FPS

All check boxes un checked...

Detail set to far left (lowest setting)
Texture filter set to "flatcubic"
Max anisitropy set to 2
pimp precision set to 0

might not work for everyone but the main setting to play with is the "texture filter" one... every video card is different. See which one gives you the highest FPS.

To get the least lag, you want to change the refresh rate of your display settings to 60 Hz... then the game will only try to get 60 fps... then it will free your hardware up enough so that it can do other things easier... IE, won't have to try so hard...also, people are getting better fps by using the bumper cam (F7).
