Kearny Mesa Dog Park Advertising Policy
1. The Area Manager and/or Recreation Council must approve advertisers.
2. Advertisers are responsible for supplying their own signs.
3. Signs should have neat appearance, should not exceed dimensions of
3’ High by 5’ Wide, and should be made of vinyl-type material with
grommets for easy fastening.
4. Signs will be mounted on park fencing facing inward into the dog park
and park personnel will secure the signs to the fence.
5. The park will not be responsible for replacing any sign that becomes
damaged by dogs, vandals, or other unknown factors. Replacement is
the responsibility of the advertiser.
6. Advertisers will pay $250.00 for one sign that will remain posted for a
period of twelve (12) months. Checks should be made payable to the
Kearny Mesa Recreation Council (KMRC), and will be deposited into the
dog park account, managed by the KMRC. Please indicate on the memo
area of your check “Dog Park Fund”.
7. The KMRC reserves the right to review and increase the advertising
rates annually on the 1st of July; the new rates will be effective as
advertising agreements are started/renewed. The KMRC reserves the
right to offer price breaks to renewing customers.
8. The twelve (12) month advertising agreement begins the day the policy
is signed and your check and sign/banner are submitted to park personnel.
