Spring Training Camp

All the information you need.

Below you'll find a document containing very important information regarding the Spring Break trip to Camp Cooper. Please read it carefully! Feel free to contact Barbara Ryan with any additional questions or comments.

Here are a few points we would like to emphasize:

1. The much anticipated trip to Camp Cooper is MANDATORY for ALL ROWERS AND COXSWAINS. It will take place during Spring Break from March 31st to April 6th, 2012.
2. The cost per rower/coxswain for the 2012 trip is $475.
3. The Rower Rules of Conduct Form (to be signed by student and parent) must be submitted with payment, as well as -if needed- an optional Confidential Chaperone Instruction Form (for medication dispensing and monitoring purposes). These are contained in the document below.

Your Camp Cooper per rower fee (please make check payable to McLean Crew Club) and the required forms can be turned in at any time after the 2012 packet is available , but are DUE NO LATER THAN the Tuesday March 13, 2012 parent meeting.  If you are not bringing them to the meeting PLEASE MAIL OR DROP OFF YOUR PAYMENT/FORMS TO BARBARA RYAN AT 1454 WAGGAMAN CIRCLE, MCLEAN, VA 22101 OR GIVE THEM TO PR WHEELER prior to the meeting.
