Women's Fall/Winter Training Schedule

This Friday,  returning oarsmen do your 6K. If you can't there's another chance Saturday 9:30-10 am or 1:30-2 pm and let the coaches know!

2:30 - 4:30 - Monday, Wednesday and Friday

4:30 - 6:30 - Tuesday and Thursday

9:30 - 12:00 - Saturday

1. Our winter program is broken into three (3) phases starting October 26th and ending on February 27th.
2. Monday Oct. 26th our returning oarsmen did their 3 minute testing.
3. Novice and Freshmen will do their 3 minute testing around November 9th.
   
4. Starting Monday November 9th we will initiate the Monday off for novices/freshmen and Friday off for varsity.

Men's Fall/Winter Training Schedule

week Nov 16-20

2:30 - 4:30 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Zach)

4:30 - 6:30 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Bobby)

4:30 - 6:30 - Tuesday, Thursday
