Leah Beabout is an singer- songwriter, emcee, performer, lyricist, with a cross genre sound from planet soul.  Experimental, Universal, Personal.  Her band is called The Plate Techtonics, homegrown, self-produced, indie, international.  She also plays with rock band The Bittersweet Vine from Connecticut.

Leah Beabout has and continues to work alongside world-class live musicians, such as Platinum Recording Artist Akon,  Grammy Award winning house music legend "Lil" Louie Vega, Nervous Records recording artist Anane Vega, and international Scratch Champion, music producer, and film director, DJ Ease.

Leah makes art, shares what she sees the way she sees it, from the mountains of  Arizona to the cornfields of Illinois, to the brownstones of Brooklyn, and all across the country.    She is constantly writing and recording new material.    (READ ARTICLES AND INTERVIEWS)

She's played venues like The Village Underground, The National Underground, and Cielo (and all over) New York City, The Double Door in Chicago, Record Bar in Kansas City, and Zurich's legendary Splendid Piano Bar, and The Grand Casino Baden, and Kaserne Areal big stage for the 1st of Mai festivities.
