I've loved and lost

And loved again

But never in my life

Have I loved anyone

The way I love you

I've cried and laughed

And cried again

But never have I shed

So many tears

As I have over you

I've slept and woken

And slept again

But never have I slept

So fitful a sleep

As when you are in my dreams

I've lived and died

And lived again

But never was my life

So fulfilled

Until you came along

I've created and destroyed

And created again

But never has my creativity

Led me to such poetry

As I have written for you

I've started and finished

And started again

But never will I finish

Telling you always

I love you!!
