My Individual, Personal Declaration of Independence Day 2008

Through my signature below I hereby withdraw my consent to be ruled by the organization that has called itself the Government of the United States of America et al.

A government is empowered through the consent of the governed to serve a sacred purpose, namely, to promote, provide & protect the best interest of ALL the people & ALL their resources via the unbiased constitutional foundations put in place for this very purpose. This purpose is possible.

If a government et al no longer serves their intended purpose then it is proper that each individual formally withdraw his or her consent to be ruled by that government et al. Our founding fathers recognized this most important right & duty of the individual and exercised it through their own declaration of Independence meant to free them from the oppression & slavery imposed upon them without their consent by England.

Through a consistent stream of actions the United States Government et al have and continue to prove themselves to be corrupt, having turned away from serving their original purposes, laid out in our state & federal constitutions & bills of rights. The United States Government et al have therefore failed, and are de facto illegitimate. Consequently, all of their authorities over me are hereby deliberately removed. All branches, including but not limited to, the legislative, executive and judicial branches, including all offices and resources, political, military, informational and financial, are hereby disenfranchised and replaced by my individual, personal sovereignty authority and the principles, values & beliefs that guide me.

Human beings carry an inalienable responsibility for choosing to whom or what they pledge their allegiance. From this moment forward I no longer pledge my allegiance to the organization that has called itself the Government of the United States of America et al. We are dissociated. I disallow these organization to legislate, adjudicate, use money, or make agreements in my name, either locally, nationally or internationally. I hereby withdraw my franchise from the United States Government et al, etc and I no longer submit myself to such authority. I hereby abandon my United States Passport, Social Security ID #, state drivers license etc as worthless, null and void because through their own actions the United States Government et al has invalidated itself.

This document recognizes that the United States Government et al has:

Irredeemably abolished themselves by no longer fulfilling its true purpose. This document announces that I take my authority back from these failed organization. The United States Government et al no longer has authority to represent me, tax me, detain me, question me, or in any way rule over me. They can no longer take any actions in my name. From this moment forward I take back my autonomy. I hereby declare my sovereign independence from the organization that has called itself the Government of the United States of America et al.

Although I alone, without reason or circumstance, am responsible and accountable for my decision to withdraw my franchise and allegiance from the organization that has called itself the Government of the United States of America et al, I am willing to name examples of how this organization et al have and continue to betray the purpose for which they was originally created:

1. The Government of the United States of America et al (herein referred to as the Government et al) have and continue to consistently legislated in favor of a carbon-based economy that multiplies corporate profits while disregarding the needs & will of the people and their day to day existence reality.

2. The Government et al have and continue to promoted the use of nuclear powered electric generation plants creating millions of tons of lethal nuclear waste products that can never be safely stored, and creating de-commissioned power plants that remain radioactive for eternity. Simultaneously they oppress/suppress alternative energy innovation & development that could remedy/resolve much of our energy crisis/dependence and make affordable energy resources available to ALL, while lessening negative human impact upon the environment, planet and it's inhabitants.

3. The Government et al have and continue to abused its leadership position in the world by promoting fear-based military force as the international culture of America, rather than a culture of mutually beneficial negotiation, voluntary cooperation, innovation, compassion, respect, and mutual support of humanity. The Government et al have & continue to deceptively drag the people into pre-emtive wars against innocent & poorly prepared nations in an effort to gain control of these nations natural resources for themselves & their allies, namely Israel. For all intents & purposes, as commonly defined, this Government et al constitute terrorists & exemplifies tyranny and create & support the very terrorist they claim to be waring against. It was the Government who provided Sadaam Hussain with the WMD he used to assault his own people, it was this Government that financed, trained & armed the Taliban and then sought to eliminate/extinguish them when they become too powerful and these are just two examples out of many.

4. The Government et al over and over again, and still now are using illegal DU (Depleted Uranium) weapons and devices in direct opposition to signed United Nations agreements, degrading the United States of America to a renegade country, likely to have its leadership regime brought to war crimes trials and capitally punished. They have also been proven to stockpile and use other outlawed biological & chemical weapons.

5. The Government et al have and continue to promote an un-sustainable consumerism culture that multiplies corporate profits while devouring the future's natural resources and producing mountains, rivers and seas of toxic un-recyclable wastes. The consumer economy never did have a future and still the government promoted it wholeheartedly. This consumerism culture creates endless cycles of debt & economic slavery that the people are perpetually trapped in generation after generation.

6. The Government et al have and continue to promote covert military actions and subterfuge that includes traffic in illegal drugs, illegal weapons trade, assassinations, corruption of elections, bribery, deceptive propaganda, illegal takeovers of corporations and governments, and ruthless competition rather than intelligent cooperation or creative, voluntary collaboration. This Government et al actively sought to illegally over throw the democratically, legally elected president Hugo Chavez in Venezuela and it was the current president, George Bush's grandfather who attempted to over throw the American government of his day and as well was implicated in financing the enemy (both sides of a war) during WWII.

7. The Government et al have and continue to allow themselves to be infiltrated and corrupted by corporation, special interests, their lobbyist and elite regimes that now direct the branches of Government et al to serve purposes contrary to the true and proper purpose of government.

8. The Government et al have and continue to turn over control of the currency of the United States of America (the original world currency) to private individuals who have and continue to manipulate it for their own personal benefit rather than for the present & future benefit of the people & world. The Government have & continue to encourage endless cycles of debt thus keeping the people as economic slaves, never able to free themselves from the binding debt they must accept just to survive day to day.

9. The Government et al have and continue to promote a system of education that keeps people blindly ignorant/stupid rather than developing their innate potential and well being so they can create satisfying lives, fulfilling relationships and loving families in the 21st Century. The Government et al have and continue to allow corporations, special interests, military, lobbyist and organized religions to control school curriculums, and have and continue to permitted drugs, gangs and guns to define the school experience for many children.

10. The Government et al have and continue to promote economy over humanity in a value system that shamelessly sponsors injustice, inequity, and economic/social slavery, not only in America but around the world, regarding people in developing nations not as brothers and sisters but as sweatshop slaves for producing cheap clothes and the latest technological devices and keeping less developed nations dependent upon American charity handouts instead of providing them with the means by which to develop independence.

11. The Government et al have and continue to design cities and towns around automobiles and roads rather than around people, cutting people off from their own communities and trapping people in suburbs that are not sustainable.

12. The Government et al have and continue to consistently sponsor an unbalanced budget and have and continue to accrue a national debt over one trillion dollars that future generations must somehow pay back, meanwhile losing track of an additional trillion dollars.

13. The Government et al have and continue to greedily destroy the future of civilization by developing an infrastructure, energy, food, housing and transportation systems relying entirely on consuming vast quantities of hydrocarbons that exist in limited supply, thus building a dangerous house of cards that will now tumble down as oil, gas and coal supplies dwindle. If half of the war budget would have been redirected towards developing alternative, clean, renewable power for the last twenty years, the entire country would be oil free by now.

14. The Government et al have and continue to promote a diet of fat-saturated fast-foods, and hormone and antibiotic saturated beef, pigs, poultry, and dairy products, without full disclosure labeling, that endanger the health and general well being of its people, ground water and farmlands. The Government et al have and continue to also promote fishing grounds to be exhausted to near extinction, and promotes deforestation and dependence on pesticides and fertilizers that undermine foreign economies but makes huge profits for corporations.

15. The Government et al have and continue to promote the so-called patenting and engineering of the genetic designs of life forms to be used for the profit of corporations while endangering the future of the humanity.

16. The Government et al have and continue to promote the introduction of genetically modified organisms into the general food chain, without full disclosure labeling, for the profit of corporations while endangering the future of humanity.

17. The Government et al have and continue to used military force, assassination, and political manipulation to overthrow other governments as a desperate attempt to control remaining oil supplies for the purpose of maintaining the illusionary value of a world petrodollar to assure profit for the corporations rather than assuring a sustainable future for the people.

18. The Government et al have and continue to promote a medical establishment that profits pharmaceutical corporations and has blocked the development of less profitable but more humanistic, holistic and intuitive healing modalities. The Government et al has encouraged a me to drug culture in America where prescription drug abuse/addiction now far outnumbers all illegal drug abuse/addiction and most other forms of accidental death.

19. The Government et al have and continue to persistently implement legislation and presidential orders to override constitutional rights, and has built and staffed over 600 new prison camps across the country prepared to imprison citizens who might be regarded as the enemy of Government et al. The Government et al seeks to imprison those who exercise their constitutional rights & responsibilities to hold the government et al accountable to it's actions and their duty to abolish a government et al that refuses/no longer serves it's originally intended purpose as laid out by our founding fathers in our foundational documents, our constitutions & bills of rights.

20. The Government et al have & continue to allow cheap harmful chemical ingredients such as Aspartame, high fructose corn syrup and MSG to be added to foods as well as fluoride added to drinking water, despite studies & proof that these chemicals are harmful to humans and cause many of the physical/mental health problems being experienced in record numbers by humans all across the globe, including but not limited to: cancers, diabetes, digestive ills, thyroid problems and a variety of birth defects.

21. The Government et al have & continue to expose the human population to dangerous/harmful chemical biological experiments without their knowledge or consent. See Project 112/SHAD for an example of how they have used military personnel. They also use vaccination/immunization programs for this purpose.

22. The Government et al have & continue to exploit/expose the lesser developed nations of this planet and their people to chemical/biological experimentations/trials, where regulations are more lacking & knowledge of such realities and the inherent consequences are not yet understood by the people or their governing bodies. They allow American corporations such as those in the tobacco/pharmaceutical/chemical industries to buy/bribe their way into these lesser developed nations and use them as experimental trials. As a result, entire generations of peoples are being born with birth defects & develop health problems that reduce their ability/chances of reproducing viable future generations.

23. The Government et al have & continue to deceive the American people regarding realities too numerous to list here that they have & continue to encourage, create & maintain, the majority of which are secret and so little is actually known about them. Examples that are known are: warrantless wiretapping of innocent American citizens, collection of biometric & personal data, tracking of innocent persons via Internet & gps technologies, control of msm outlets & resources, ignorance of constitutional law, etc.

These and many other actions reveal that the United States Government et al have and continue to irredeemably abolished itself by no longer fulfilling its original and true purpose.

I was enrolled as a member/citizen of the United States of America et a as a child by my parents via their request for a social security number assignment, long before I was competent enough to make such a serious choice about my future existence(shortly after my birth). My parents, like myself, were never provided with full disclosure regarding the nature & consequences of individual participation as a member/citizen of the United States of America et al. It has been left up to the individual to seek out & unravel the truth of this reality, if they desire to understand it.However, it is an all consuming endeavor to do so and has taken me the better part of the last 5 + years to do so and yet there is still more to do with each day that passes.
As an adult human, born & residing on the planet Earth, I hereby re-claim my right to look after my own individual, personal existence without the interference of others so long as I harm none but myself.
I have not to my knowledge ever been presented with an equal opportunity that would
have been of benefit to myself equally or more than it was beneficial to those presenting the opportunity. Through my persistent research over the past 5+ years, I have come to reveal that I am much better off as a sovereign individual and accept the responsibility for creating my own opportunities for life, liberty & happiness, free of any interference or authority other than my own and those I provide express permissions to.
So from this moment forward, I revoke, discontinue and conclude all interactions/participations & contracts between myself & the United States Government et al that have taken place via the original request my parents made to have a social security number assigned to my person, thus making me a ward/slave/property of the United States of America et al without my express consent/knowledge at the time the request & permission were made/granted in the form of the assignment of a social security number attached to the name my parents gave me upon my birth.
Since that time I spent approximately 17 years under the control of the United States Government et al, gaining the education/training that would supposedly allow me to be assimilated into the adult existence and become a productive member of the social structure, thus allowing me the opportunities necessary for me to exercise my inherent rights to life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness. The next 10-15 years proved that in fact this reality of life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness is indeed just an illusion presented to most people, dressed up in distractions, deceptions & delusions that are always projected back onto the individual in the form of blame & guilt. In fact life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness can only be attained by those who are willing to either blindly/ignorantly follow the status quo, or are willing to sacrifice their own conscience and adopt the twisted, warped perverted conscience of the reality that represents the current United States government et al agenda.
For the past 5+ years I have found it increasingly more difficult/challenging to do either of these things and so I am left with but one alternative.....to dissolve my connections to, discontinue my allegiances with, remove my permissions from the United States Government et al.
To these ends I am returning the documents that represented these connections, allegiances & permissions that existed between myself & the Untied States Government et al.
From this moment forward, I will exercise my inherent right, responsibility & duty to return to the unalienable & inherent status of an independent & sovereign individual person/human born & residing upon the planet Earth, beholden to and under the authority of none other than myself and those I extend express & explicite connections, allegiances & permissions to/with/for either in written/verbal form.
From this moment forward, I am a nation of one (1). Beholden to my own independent sovereign rule according to my own individual personal principles, values & beliefs. I can not, nor will I voluntarily offer myself in anyway to the Government et al, since the reality they represent is in direct conflict with the reality represented by my own individual personal principles, values & beliefs.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one individual to dissolve the political, economic & social bands which have connected them with others, and to assume among the powers of the earth and universe, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle that individual human, a decent respect to the opinions of humankind requires that individual to declare the causes which impel them to this separation.

I hold these truths to be self-evident, that all humans are created equal, that each individual human is endowed by their Creation & existence with certain inherent unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these inherent rights, Governments can be/are instituted among humans, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed humans, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the individual human to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to the individual human shall seem most likely to effect that individual humans Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that humankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves, individually or collectively by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpation, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of this sovereign human individual; and such is now the necessity which co
