We do our very best to file all documents same day in Maricopa County, but we do not guarantee it, unless a rush is requested and notated on the runner sheet.  Any rush will be billed accordingly.

 

Monthly Service Fee - Prices Vary

 

Deliveries & Pick Ups - Fee of $25.00 for deliveries and pick ups in the Phoenix Metro area on a routine run.  Add $25.00 for deliveries that need to be completed on a Rush basis/Rush return to your office.

 

Please Note: We try to complete all pick ups and deliveries the same day as they are requested.  If you have a rush it MUST BE NOTED on the runner sheet.  If Courier services need to be completed the same day; please notify us prior to pick up.

 

Court Filings for Maricopa County - Superior Court filings can be filed at any of the Superior Courthouses, in most cases your documents will be filed in the courthouse nearest to your office.  Judges copies will be delivered routinely to the appropriate administrative department unless specified on your runner sheet that it must be hand delivered.

 

    • $25.00 for hand delivery to a Judge located in the Southeast Superior Court
    • $35.00 for hand delivery to a Judge located in the Northwest Superior Court
    • $25.00 Additional Fee for deliveries and Pick Ups that need to be completed on a Rush Basis/Rush Return to your office.

All Other Out of County Filings - Fee of $50.00/hr for round trip if we have to travel ourselves to any filing destination.

 

  • If sent to a fellow NAPPS Member, National Association of Process Servers, we pass along the cost of filing + $30.00 handling fee.

 

  • Many Out of County (Out of State) Filings will need to be in our possession the day prior to actual filing date.

 

  • We receive discounted rates on most out of county requests as Members of the Association 

 

Please Note: In order to complete out of the county filing same day, we must have the documents in our possession in the AM of the day it needs to be filed.

 

 

Research - 

 

  • $25.00 to obtain copies of image documents from courthouses in the Phoenix Metro area + expenses
  • $25.00 if it must return same day
  • $30.00 handling fee + expenses for out of County requests

 

 

 

Mobile Notary - 

 

  • $30.00 + Mileage from your office to the appointed

 

 

Fronting Fees/Advancing Fees -

 

  • When needed, we will front nominal fees, with in reason, at no extra cost to you, we simply request that those fees be reimbursed in a timely manner.
  • Our out of state clients will be expected to enclose a check to cover all filing fees, unless special circumstances are arranged for payment in advance.

Private Investigation - 

 

  • $50.00/hr + expenses
  • Services are tailored to each specific case

 

 

Skip Trace/Database Search -

 

  • $25.00-$75.00 per search depending on the length/depth of the search

 

Please Note: We will search as in depth as you like, but cannot guarantee results.  We compile our database information from third-party resources, which may or may not be completely accurate or thorough.

 

Daily Run - 

 

    • We offer a daily pick up to any firm who requires such to facilitate all filings and documents be processed in a timely manner.  Should the amount of filings, Courier Requests, etc., necessitate adding another daily pick up; we would be happy to discuss a time that will best facilitate your Paralegals and other office support in completing all daily tasks. 

 

Please Note: Monthly Fees vary depending on the number of pick ups and the amount of work processed on a daily basis.

 

Tucson Run - 

 

  • We use a shuttle service to Tucson M-F for routine filing/services.  Travel time is on average 2 1/2-3 hours.

 

  • The Superior Court in Tucson is open until 8:00PM, however any filing after 5:00PM in Pima County will Constitute a Rush Charge.

 

  • Fee of $75 for same day filing in Pima County, all requests must be called into our office in advanced and be prepared by 12:00PM, unless special circumstances are arranged for pick up.

 

  • Fee of $25 will be assessed for any documents outside of the 12:00pm cutoff.

 

  • Any same day filing for Pima County received after 3:30pm will necessitate our courier to personally travel round trip at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
