Automatic luminous intensity sorting processes are integrally used in the manufacturing phase, which measures and sorts LEDs by intensity levels to assure consistency within specified tolerances. Built on a concept of modular manufacturing processes, production facilities are equipped to custom-build around customer requirements, providing unique solutions and optimal value for specialized LED needs.
State-of-the-art technological systems are employed, including automatic wire bonding, wafer dicing, die bonding, encapsulation, and bin sorting.
Marking significant growth patterns over the past years and the unprecedented future foreseen for LED products, our manufacturing capacity was increased by over 300%, with the opening of a new plant with over 450,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities in April 2000. Symbolizing nonstop growth of LED business, in year 2003, capacities are further increased to 200% for SMT and Display products to meet the industry needs.
Current manufacturing has enabled the production of industry's leading quality products, with an impressive monthly production capacity of
over 150 million LED lamps,
60 million SMT LED devices,

ISO-9001, ISO-9002 and QS-9000 Certification
Both manufacturing plants of Bright LED Electronics have gained recognition under ISO certification and support the company's commitment to high quality LED products and customer service. The Taiwan plant became ISO-9002 certified in August 1997 and ISO-9001 certified in May 1999 (certificate number Q10580). The China plant was certified ISO-9002 in July 1998 (certificate number 9805584) and gained additional certification under QS-9000 in August 1999.
ISO and QS certification measure the quality of a company's production, installation and servicing capabilities, which symbolize our dedication to quality manufacturing excellence. Meeting these certification requirements has helped establish Bright LED Electronics as a quality level supplier that is internationally accepted.
