Welcome to Amazed Creations

A website featuring the wooden scrollsawed artwork, paintings and various creative ventures of Canadian Scrollsaw artist Dave Danchuk.

The majority of his artwork is made by using a scrollsaw to cut up a piece of wood into hundreds of small twisting pieces of wood. These pieces are then hand painted using acrylic paints and finally glued back together to form crisp, colorful designs.

Dave lives in Coquitlam, BC with his wife Annabel and their two children, Maya and Zack.

A scrollsawed piece done of my sister-in-law Simone, 3ft x 2ft, 310 pieces, cut out and painted with acrylics.

|* The fine folks at Lululemon's Coquitlam Center Mall store have allowed me to display some of my artwork in their store. Big thanks to them for doing this.

Lululemon is a very cool yoga/activewear chain based in Canada. Some pics of what I currently have there (it will be ongoing indefinitely, changing on occasion) can be found on my
Myspace blog

Dave is always willing to do custom work, commissions and various creative projects big and small. Check out the galleries on the left side up top there, and see what I've done. If you need something made, let me know.
