Buffalo Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation P.C. is located at 192 Park Club Lane, Suite 110,  Williamsville, New York.   Park Club Lane is conveniently  located 1 block off of the Main st. exit (east) of the 290. There is a signal at the intersection by Tim Horton's and La Nova's pizza.  Our office is just past the Tony Walker Center and before Univera Health Care.
