Welcome to the All Party Urban Development Group website


The All Party Urban Development Group is an independent forum for MPs and peers from all political parties to come together and raise awareness of matters concerning urban renewal and sustainable development.


The All Party Urban Development Group holds regular inquiry sessions in order to  to provide a holistic package of policy proposals that will drive forward physical and economic regeneration.


The group has undertaken extensive research in:

  1. infrastructure funding
  2. housing policy
  3. sustainability and the built environment
  4. regeneration and employment
  5. new funding models for regeneration

Secretariat support is provided by the British Property Federation and research services by Centre for Cities.
