Varsity Head Coach

 Kristen Russell is originally from Greensboro, North Carolina.  She has been playing lacrosse for over 9 years now and was a part of the very beginnings of lacrosse at Northwest Guilford High School.  She then went on to receive many honors including honorable mention All-American.  Kristen attended Appalachian State University and played and helped managed the women's club lacrosse team there.  She received a Bachelors in recreation management and participated in many outdoor activities such as snowboarding and whitewater rafting while attending college.  After her education, Kristen moved to Colorado to pursue her love of recreation and continued to guide out west.  She moved to Charlotte this September with her chocolate lab Rupert and can not wait to start the new season!
