The following pieces of equipment are required in order to participate in ALL lacrosse practices and games:
- a legal stick
- USL (US Lacrosse) approved goggles
- Mouth guard
- Sneakers, cleats or turf shoes
* Field Player Sticks - Can be any color. Must be an overall length of 35 1/2 - 43 1/4 inches. \The head of the crosse must be seven to nine inches wide. The pocket of the stick must be strung traditionally; no mesh is allowed (mesh is a boys stick).
* Goal Keeper Sticks- The goalkeeper's crosse may be 35 1/2 - 48 inches long. The head of the crosse may be mesh and up to 12 inches wide.

*Cleats/sneakers/turf shoes - Can be soccer, softball etc. Can NOT be metal spikes!!
*Gloves - Optional for field players in cold weather.
*Under Armour Tops - Or some type of long sleeve shirt to wear for warmth under jersey. Need 1 Black and 1 White. (Does not
have to be Under Armour Brand)
*Under Armour Bottoms - Or some type of spandex (tight fitting) shorts to wear under kilts. Also need some
type of spandex (tight fitting) pants to wear for warmth under kilts.
