Stickwork
GROUND BALLS
Wall ball (strong side and weak side)
Cradling
Quick Stick with the wall
Running/Conditioning
hillsprints
stairs
stadiums
jog sprints
repeats
stationary bike
Footwork with your stick: Lay your stick on the ground, Jump over it
side to side (R-L) w/both feet and with one foot at a time.
Turn and repeat the same front to back.
