*Stick - Can be any color. Must be an overall length of 35 1/2 - 43 1/4 inches. Usually cut to the length of ones arm from
shoulder to fingertips, or personal preference. The head of the crosse must be seven to nine inches wide. The pocket of the
stick must be strung traditionally; no mesh is allowed (mesh is a boys stick). The top of the ball when dropped in the pocket
must remain even with or above the side walls. The goalkeeper's crosse may be 35 1/2 - 48 inches long. The head of the crosse
may be mesh and up to 12 inches wide. View List of Legal Sticks
*Goggles/Eye Protection - Must be Black or Red. Can be found online or at a local sporting goods store.

*Mouthpiece - Can be any readily visible color including black. It can NOT be clear or white.
*Cleats - Must be Black. Can be soccer, softball etc. Can NOT be metal spikes!!
*Gloves - Optional for field players, must be Black.
*Under Armour Tops - Or some type of long sleeve shirt to wear for warmth under jersey. Need 1 Black and 1 White. (Does not
have to be Under Armour Brand)
*Under Armour Bottoms - Or some type of spandex (tight fitting) shorts to wear under kilts. Must be Black. Also need some
type of spandex (tight fitting) pants to wear for warmth under kilts, also Black. Loose shorts/pants such as sweatpants
will not be allowed. (Does not have to be Under Armour Brand)
