What do you charge for foreclosure cleanup?

Each job is different in scope, therefore we are unable to put a set price on any one job without visually inspecting the property.  Once a County Wide Cleaning Services representative inspects the property, you will be provided a written estimate.   Check the Pricing page for general guidelines on us getting started.

 

What kinds of items can you clear away?

County Wide Cleaning Services can clear away pretty much any non-hazardous item   If you've got something else to remove and you don't see it on the list, that's no problem! Just let us know.

 

Do you only work with foreclosures?

No, we work with any property needing our services (personal property, eviction, etc.).

 

How does exterior pricing work?

Exterior pricing works exactly the same way interior pricing works. We have to see the property first to give you an accurate estimate.

 

How soon can someone come out?

Estimates are scheduled within 24 hours of request.  For commencement of service, we may be able to start the same day. Generally service commences the day after our estimate is accepted and County Wide Cleaning Services receives permission from you to commence working.  County Wide Cleaning Services will not begin work without written approval from you.

 

Why can't you give me an exact price on the phone before coming out?

Our pricing is based on the condition of the property and the number of items that will need to be hauled away. As each property is different, it's very difficult to get a firm idea of the cost of a job before actually seeing it.  We don’t want to overprice any  job. 

 

How does payment work?

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the project.  Currently we only accept checks or cash. Banks can be invoiced directly.
