1. County Wide Cleaning Services never charges for the time it takes us to complete a job.
    
2. First, simply email or call us at 916-612-6223 to schedule your free estimate appointment. Estimates are scheduled within 24 hours.
   
3. Once a representative is on site, you will be provided with a clear, handwritten estimate of your job before any work begins.


4. For smaller jobs, we may be able to begin work on the day we visit. For larger jobs, if you call by Wednesday, we can put your property on the schedule for the upcoming weekend (schedule permitting).



5. Once the job* is complete, you will be given an invoice for payment.  For first time clients, payment is due immediately upon completion of the project.   Payment is due within 10 calendar days from receipt of invoice, for established clients.

 

Note*: If you are having jobs completed in phases (i.e., clear out and cleanup initially, then repairs and painting later, billing is done upon completion of each phase).

Our Pricing: Our pricing is based on the condition of the property and the number of items that will need to be hauled away, as well as the services you order. As each property is different, it's very difficult to get a good idea of the actual cost of a job before seeing it and speaking with you to find out EXACTLY what you want.
