Through a variety of engagements, Larry has gained a deep understanding of distribution strategy and implemented channel models that have succeeded in markets ranging from small business through to large enterprise. Since founding ChannelStrength, Larry has filled business-critical roles and provided direction to technology companies ranging from telecom to web-based B2B services. Larry is a native of Montreal, Canada and has been based in the Bay Area for the last 10 years.

Keith Ishaug is a senior business consultant who serves as a frequent collaborator on ChannelStrength mandates. During a twenty year international career in the chemicals and healthcare industries, Keith acquired significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, general management, strategic planning, financial analysis and control, operations, marketing and sales. At Air Liquide, Keith played a significant role in transforming organizational structure and distribution channels to align resources with market opportunities. Keith has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from NDSU and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is currently based in Chicago, IL, where he serves clients in the US and Canada with a primary focus on strategic planning and marketing strategy.
