Pears and Kale
In blender blend
2 cups water
4 ripe Pears
5 leaves of kale

Apples, lemon, kale
or 2 cups water
4  Apples, 1/2 of lemon
5 leaves of Kale

Peaches and Spinach
6 Peaches
2 handfuls of spinach
2 cups water

Apple, pears, banana,collards
2 cups water
2 apples,1 pear, 1 Banana
1/2 pound of collards.

You can blend what ever fruits and greens you like as long as its palatable.
In the beginning I blended more fruits than greens now I blend more greens than fruits.

My taste buds has changed as time moves on.

I don't drink as much as I did when I first started making them, I was drinking up to a gallon a day now I drink a quart a day.
