I talk a lot about lifestyle change because that what I did to get myself back to optimum health.

I am so into the lifestyle change that I became 90% raw I eat some cooked foods like the veggielicious spice from www.naturezone1.com  www.rudisorganicbakery.com or Ezekiel bread, once in a while not everyday. I don't deprive myself of any organic cooked food I just don't have much cravings for it. If my family were raw it would be much easier.

When my children or husband cooks its smell so good I have to take a bite, at least I know its healthy because everything I have in my house is natural or organic.

Since I changed my lifestyle and gotten into more raw foods I would like to share some websites that really encouraged me. The first site I looked at is www.rawfamily.com where I purchased all her videos and books, and then I went to www.creativehealthinstitute.com where I purchase The Raw Living Foods Home Study Program I learned a lot from that course especially sprouting, making raw nut milk and raw nut and seed cheese and how chewing you food to liquid consistency helps with bowel movements and improving bad breath.

I learned about proper elimination and nutrition By Dr. Ann Wiggmore.

Getting that program brought me to David Wolfe he is a raw food nutritionist. And I learned a lot from his tapes, His site is www.rawfood.com David Wolfe wrote many books on raw, I like chocolate, so I pick up his book, Naked Chocolate he talks about how nutritional it is and very high in magnesium and other minerals its really a good book and if you like chocolate he has chocolate recipes in it, real good. David sells raw cacao on his site thats where I purchase my raw chocolate.

I found Living on raw food by Alissa Cohen where I bought her video's on how to create raw recipes. Her site is www.alissacohen.com I bought herbook, LIVING ON LIVE FOODS it is a 600 page book, that talks about the heath benefits of going raw, with raw recipes like spaghetti and marinara sauce, or fettuccini alfredo sauce, and for desert blueberry cheesecake pie raw, or strawberry crepes raw. It's a really good book and the videos are excellent.

I take David's raw chocolate and Alissa Cohens recipe on chocolate mouse pie and it's out of this world.

There is another site that I thought thats really interesting and good.

its called Raw For Life.  I ordered the videos to. You can't ever stop learning.

Here is a site that blew me away www.gorawnow.com just watch the trailer it really gets me excited about going raw.

You see I was 100% raw for 8 months because of a dare. Then I started to see how unhappy my family was, because they were not raw and don't understand the benefits of raw food and begged me to cook for them, and so I did but it didn't come out right because I didn't want to taste it but they convinced me of tasting the organic marinara sauce because it wasn't tasting as good as I used to cook it. I don't eat it but I taste it when cooking to make sure it has the right amount of spices, and to keep them happy.

Besides of doing the Tri-Decathlon Full Body Cleanse from www.naturezone1.com  and eating some organic bread I'm 90% raw.
