Jobs taken outside of Sacramento County and the counties that immediately surround it are considered on a case-by-case basis. - HOW DO YOU BILL FOR YOUR SERVICES & HOW DO YOU RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENTS?
Most commercial clients are invoiced for any services or products at the beginning of each week, to be paid Monday of the following week. This invoicing time frame is based on daily cleaning. Other invoicing time frames apply for other than daily cleaning schedules and other than commercial clients. All accounts may be paid by check, cash or money order. All payments may be submitted to:

We are licensed, insured and bonded. County Wide Cleaning Services will provide a copy of our certificate of coverage upon request to our clients. - DO YOU REQUIRE A SERVICE AGREEMENT?
Yes both parties must sign our service agreement which is good for 120 days. The service agreement verifies that a client has agreed to pay for our services while at the same time ensuring that your price will remain the same for 120 days. - DO I/DOES MY COMPANY NEED TO PURCHASE ANY CLEANING EQUIPMENT OR CLEANING SUPPLIES?
County Wide Cleaning Services will provide all cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies needed to perform the services except for consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash can liners, hand soap, and equipment or supplies needed to perform specially requested services that fall outside of the service agreement. For specially requested services County Wide Cleaning Services will provide equipment and supplies under separate billing. - WHAT IF MY CLEANING DAY FALLS ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY?
If your scheduled cleaning day occurs on a public holiday, a County Wide Cleaning Services Representative will contact you to reschedule the cleaning for another day. - WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE SHOULD ANYTHING BE DAMAGED OR BROKEN BY COUNTY WIDE CLEANING SERVICES PERSONNEL DURING PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE?
If County Wide Cleaning Services Personnel is found to be responsible for any damage during the course of performing the service, we will have the item repaired or replaced at our expense. Any damage in excess of $1,000.00 will be reported to our insurance company and the repair or replacement will be handled by them at their discretion. - WILL THE PREMISES BE CLEANED BY THE SAME PERSONNEL EVERY DAY/NIGHT?
Whenever possible yes. Once your premises have been assigned to County Wide Cleaning Services Personnel, they will be the only people servicing your premises. Taking into account employee vacations, sick time, termination and resignation. - HOW SOON CAN SERVICE BEGIN?
Generally start up service would begin with at least 1 weeks notice, however in a situation where you need service to begin immediately without notice, County Wide Cleaning Services will do everything possible to make arrangements to be on-site on the day you need service to commence. - HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE A CONCERN OR NEED?
Your needs and concerns may be communicated in the way that is easiest for you, however, for the sake of accuracy, it is advised that you follow up any verbally communicated concern with an email to County Wide Cleaning Services. - WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE?
County Wide Cleaning Services is totally committed to ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. If you find our cleaning team has missed something, please contact us immediately. We will return to your facility within 24 hours to correct the problem. Unfortunately we do not issue refunds after services have been completed. |
