Beginning Monday, August 17, 2009 enrollment in Daytym Family Preschool will be by *referral only".  Only families returning to Daytym Family Preschool are exempt from the referral process.   Referral only enrollment comes with certain benefits that open enrollment does not.  Families currently in care, or in care in the past won't want to refer on their good names, parents or children who may bring problems to or cause disruption in the daycare setting.  Likewise other providers or center employees will not readily provide referrals to such families.   Families interested in enrolling children in care at Daytym Family Preschool may choose one of the following referral options.   Only the listed referral options will be considered by Daytym Family Preschool:

1.  Referral by any family with children currently enrolled at Daytym Family Preschool.

2.  **Referral by any family who in the past had children enrolled at Daytym Family Preschool.

3.  Referral by a licensed child care provider or child care center.

For verification purposes, enrolling families must provide to Daytym Family Preschool the name and contact information of the referring family, child care provider or child care center.

Prior to enrollment of any child, there are mandated state forms  that must be filled out properly, signed and dated.  In addition to the state required forms, there are forms required by Daytym Family Preschool that must be properly completed as well, these include both the parent handbook and the contract/financial agreement.  No child will be enrolled unless all mandatory paperwork has been filled out properly and returned to Daytym Family Preschool.  After setting up and attending an interview, any parent wishing to enroll a child will receive copies of all mandatory paperwork including the parent handbook and the enrollment agreement.  Interviews are conducted during operating hours only.
