What are the operating hours of Daytym Family Preschool?
Daytym Family Preschool is open Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. If you require care outside of the normal hours of operation, please request it, extended days and hours of care may be accommodated. Telephone hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, callers who leave messages and phone numbers will have their calls returned asap. Phone calls will not be returned after Daytym Family Preschool's hours of operation unless specifically requested.
Do I still have to pay child care/preschool fees when my child is absent?
If your child is absent, due to sickness or any other reasons, payment is still required for the schedule your child is contracted for. This policy is standard at most licensed daycare family homes as well as child care centers.
Is there a minimum of days that my child must attend?
Daytym Family Preschool does not have a minimum attendance requirement. Most children adjust better to the environment if they are in attendance at least two days out of the week. For preschool sessions, parents are encouraged to enroll children for at least three days during the week, in order to give their child enough time to learn the material in the curriculum.
Is Daytym Family Preschool closed on holidays?
Yes, Daytym Family Preschool is closed for all federal holidays. The closures page on this website lists the holidays that Daytym Family Preschool closes in observance of. The closures page is only accessible by password, to families with children enrolled at Daytym Family Preschool. If your bank is closed on a particular holiday, odds are, that Daytym Family Preschool is closed as well.
May I schedule a pre-enrollment visit/interview with Daytym Family Preschool?
Yes, you may schedule a pre-enrollment visit/interview. Pre-enrollment visits are conducted during normal business hours only. Anyone requesting a pre-enrollment visit/interview must bring to the visit, the child being considered for enrollment. No one will be admitted onto the premises without the child being considered for enrollment.
