Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

All cancellations must be emailed to stephanie @ dealmakermedia [ dot ] com.

Full day events:

We must be notified in writing of cancellations for any reason up to 10 days prior to the conference. You will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 10 days of the event are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person by providing authorization to us.


All Evening Events:

Evening event registration fees are refundable, less a $10 service charge, until 5 days prior to the event. After that, there are no refunds or credits for cancellations.

Registrations are transferable; however, you must submit your request by email 24 hours in advance of the event.  If you are unable to meet this deadline, the person to whom you are transferring your registration must bring your confirmation letter to the event.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
