Deanery Two sponsors a number of programs designed to bring young adults closer to the Church and closer to their peers.
Among these programs are "big" events, designed to draw 50 or more to the Deanery and "small" events, focused more on small group (15 people max) faith sharing and/or Bible Study:
Big Events
- A monthly Young Adult Mass: This liturgy is designed to be more intimate, with introductions at the beginning and a homily
in dialogue form. Afterward, there are refreshments and time to socialize.
The Masses begin at 7:30PM at St. Simon Small Chapel, 1860 Grant Rd, Los Altos, on the last
Tuesday of every month. The only exception to this is the October Mass, when we will celebrate Halloween at St. Joseph.
A map of the location of the monthly Young Adult Mass is located at the bottom of this page.

- Theology on Tap: With assistance from the Diocese of San Jose and Renew International, Deanery Two sponsors Theology on Tap, a series of talks and discussions held where young adults typically gather. The purpose of this series of talks is to introduce the Church and its teachings in a more casual, non-intimidating way. See the website http://www.totsiliconvalley.com for more information on this series
- Fall Retreat: We sponsor a retreat to give young adults a quiet time to reflect on their spirituality and discern their purpose
and calling in life.
- Parish based talks: This series of talks brings prominent speakers to the Deanery in order to reinforce or reintroduce topics of interest to today's young adult Catholic.
Small Events
- Parish based faith sharing
- Parish based Bible Study
