Job Board Advertising

This includes all the major UK job boards and a large network of specialist job boards. Your vacancy will be advertised for a period of four weeks, with weekly re-postings. Our adverts are written with job boards specifically in mind, and contain key words and commonly used search terms that will help to get your advert in front of the right candidates.


Because the majority of candidates will typically search only 1-3 job boards when looking for suitable positions, covering a large selection greatly increases the chances of them finding and applying to our adverts.




 

 





Database Searching

We search all the major online CV databases as well as our own internal database. Once we have researched a list of potential applicants we market your vacancy to them via SMS & email. Once we have received confirmation that the candidate is both suitable for the position and interested in applying we can forward their CV on to you for consideration.


This part of our service is particularly useful for roles that are slightly more difficult to fill and allows us to reach candidates that are not actively looking for a new position, but may be interested if the right vacancy comes along. Initially available as an additional service, the great success we've had with this approach has led to it being included as part of every campaign run by EasyWebRecruitment.




 

 





Social Network Searching - NEW!

As part of our comprehensive approach to targetting both active and passive candidates we have recently introduced a search of the largest online professional social network: LinkedIn (30m global members, 1.8m UK members).


We'll be able to approach individuals meeting your criteria on a one-to-one basis, market your vacancy to them, and help them through the application process if they are interested. Once you have booked a campaign with us, we will perform a thorough search and present you with a list of candidates we would like to approach. You can then choose which candidates interest you and we'll contact them with regards to your vacancy.
