Stuart group had been using the local press to hire for many of their "blue collar" positions at their Norfolk site. While this was working fairly well at this location, they had found it less effective in other areas of the country. They were looking for a new solution that would easily support both nationwide recruitment, and their more specialist and senior roles, which they had previously used expensive placement fee based agencies to fill. Keen to expand their Norfolk site and open several new depots across the UK, they needed a solution that would help reduce their average cost to hire. | THE SOLUTION:
| THE RESULT:
| - EWR advertised their vacancies across all the major UK job boards, targeting local candidates across the UK.
- EWR carried out in depth CV database searches to locate and then market these vacancies to people who may not yet have seen the adverts.
| - A full day of interviews was arranged within 2 weeks of the campaigns. EWR provided 100% of the interviewees and an offer has been accepted from this round of interviews.
- A second day of interviews has been arranged for the Service Engineer role with EWR candidates again dominating the interview schedule.
- EWR are now the preferred method of recruitment for Stuart Group.
| WHAT THEY SAY: | "EasyWebRecruitment have successfully introduced us to online recruitment. As we expand we will continue to use EWR ahead of placement fee charging agencies and the local press."
