To streamline the application process, Trinity requests that prospective families fill out their admissions application elements on-line. You can however, download a PDF copy of the Trinity Enrollment Application for reference.
The Enrollment Application is 4 pages long and must be filled out in it's entirety for your student to be considered.
Clicking SUBMIT at the bottom of the Application will send a copy directly to our Admissions Office and a copy to your e-mail address for your records.
