Trinity Spiritual Profile
To be filled out by the parents of the applicant.
Trinity Classical Academy is committed to a Biblical philosophy of education which integrates Christian principles and scriptural truths with the academic and social experiences of every student. Trinity Classical Academy was founded to work in concert with families by teaching the same Christian truths at school as the children receive at home. Our policy on admissions reflects this philosophy and so requires that at least one parent or guardian of each applicant give a credible profession of personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and be a regular attendee or member at a Christian church, unless exempted due to extenuating circumstances.
In order to provide us with background for the formal interview, please answer the following questions (use a separate sheet of paper if necessary).
1. What are your primary reasons for seeking to enroll your child at Trinity Classical Academy?
2. Who, according to your understanding is Jesus Christ?
3. What do you believe concerning the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ?
4. Describe your relationship to Jesus Christ.
5. Describe any family circumstances that may affect the spiritual upbringing or well-being of the applicant (i.e., unmarried, separated or divorced parents; family members or other residents of the home practicing different spiritual beliefs, or other matters).
