 WELCOME TO FINNEYTOWN BASEBALL

For the past eight seasons, head coach Joe Nichols has fielded teams that have competed in the highly under-rated Cincinnati Hills League.  Per Chuck Murray (College of Mount Saint Joseph), "Finneytown is no longer an automatic win."  The Wildcats believe in three things: Fundamentals, hard work, and learning the game that enables them to compete.

Through contacts and the baseball coaches' ability to develop new talent, a number of players have been given the opportunity to play college ball.  These players include Jim Brehm c/o 2002 (Centre College in Danville, KY), Matt Birkofer c/o 2002 (Mt. St. Joseph in Cincinnati), Ryne McCormick c/o 2003 (Volunteer State in Gallatin, TN), and Zac Mayer c/o 2004 (Miami University Club in Oxford, OH).  Others have been shown an interest, including Zac Busam c/o 2001, Dan Steel c/o 2005, and Justin Conway c/0 2005, but chose to attend a college of their choice.
