Gregg Maedo + Associates

Since opening their doors for business in 1988, Gregg Maedo + Associates has experienced continued growth each and every year. This included the early 90s recession years when the construction industry experienced massive shrinkage.  The reasons for GM+A's growth have been attention to what the clients needs, cost-effective designs, and just plain hard work.

GM+A's strength has been its technical expertise and the firm's ability to integrate this knowledge with aesthetic considerations.   For this reason, the office has created a niche in "hard to do" projects.  GM+A has gravitated to highly difficult / technical projects.  Seismic retrofit renovations, building an amusement attraction within the Queen Mary, and designing industrial laundries are a few examples of projects that GM+A has successfully completed.

However, the firm's "bread & butter" has been within the healthcare field.  Acute care, skilled nursing and assisted living projects have comprised the bulk of the projects successfully completed by GM+A.  Within this field, GM+A has been truly successful in blending the art and science of architecture.  These projects require technical knowledge but at the same time are only successful when aesthetic design is also considered.

In the future, GM+A will continue to seek new opportunities in different areas for new growth while at the same time expanding its base in the healthcare field.  As the population of the United States continues to "age", GM+A's name and service to this field will only continue to grow and be in greater demand.
