Sited in Willamette Park, next to the Willamette River, at the trail head to a riverside trail from the park to the paper mill area to be built in the summers of 2008 - 09. The City of West Linn will work with the finalist to integrate the winning concept with the development of the trail and will contribute engineering and installation assistance.
