This article originally appeared in the Autumn 2010 issue of Detroit Home magazine. It includes several photos of the work of William Girard (Royal Oak, MI) in the collection of Allen Abramson, art and antique dealer and collector. Abramson was also Girard's primary patron for 15 years. Note the Rodin piece to Abramson's left side (the viewer's right side). Below the Rodin, to the left, is Girard's Mother Goose.
