Converting Donors to Automation

Step 1:

Make the donor feel welcome and special. and be enthusiastic in your roll.

 

You also want to educate donors on their blood type because their blood type makes them special. You should link their donation type to a patient in need.

Step 2:

Explain the benefits of automated donation.
