The TRACS Investment Clubs are private investment clubs managed by the members. The goal is to pool member assets in order to invest in high-return investments usually available only to those with very large assets. The members consider potential investments and then vote on which to invest in. The members each receive a percentage of the club's total returns in proportion to the individual's share. All members of a club are investing in every asset of the club; individuals do not select particular investments for themselves.
There are three clubs:
TRACS Growth Investment Club - for maximizing returns
TRACS IRA Growth Investment Club - for maximum returns within a self-directed IRA
TRACS Income Investment Club - for generating a steady monthly income
The three clubs each invest in their own groups of investment vehicles independently.
