Membership Form

The Membership Subscription for 2009 falls due on the 1st January 2009

and the fees are , for GB. Members £10.00 and £15 for overseas Members .

 

So that we can make sure our membership records are complete all applicants are requested to fill out the form below , making sure that all your details are correct and return it together with your cheque (made payable to IOA ) as soon as possible and no later than the end of January.

If you have not paid your subscription by the end of March you will be regarded as having resigned your membership and will recieve no further benefits of membership or the IOA Journal.
