The Membership Subscription for 2012 falls due on the 1st January 2012

and the fees are , for UK. Members £12.50 and £15 for overseas Members .

 

So that we can make sure our membership records are complete all applicants are requested to fill out the form below , making sure that all your details are correct and return it together with your cheque (made payable to IOA ) .
