Much of the ragtime and similar music on these sites has been retrieved from the old paper piano rolls for the player pianos so popular at the time. Remarkably there is even a piano roll of the Maple Leaf Rag as played by Scott Joplin himself in 1916!
Sadly I have found no evidence of any of the music of the Jamaica Choir being recorded in any format - neither gramophone records nor piano rolls - presumably the technology just did not exist in Jamaica.
Even the compositions of Harry Nation and Professor Barnes seem also to have vanished - may be someone out there has some sheet music of them stashed away somewhere among old papers!
